About the Developer

Beverly Group Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary of Singapore registered Qingdao Investments Pte Ltd.  Since 1980, Beverly Group’s founder, Mr Lim Seak Koon was involved in construction and development of residential projects, golf and country club, mixed-used and hospitality projects in Singapore, China, Brunei and Malaysia.
